of 2.1 million tonne and cement grinding capacity of 2.6 MT atBelaalong with a captivepower plantof 25 MW. In addition, 3.1 MT of clinker capacity and
2.3 MTof cementgrindingcapacityatSidhiwas alsobeen soldalongwitha 155 MWpowerplant.UltraTech manufacturesand markets Ordinary Portland

Technical Outlook : The stock has been taking support of upward rising trend line at 2790 levels on daily chart. Moreover, prices has formed
Bullish Harami candle stick pattern near multiple support levels with positive volumes. Prices are trading above 100 DEMA. The momentum
indicator RSI has moved above 40 levels which suggesting positive momentum in the stock. So for trading prospective, one could Buy in the
rangeof2930-2946 forthetargetof2976-3006 levels.
IRB Infr will hand over two toll projects to state government. These two BOT projects in aggregate contributed less than 0.5% of the
consolidated toll revenues of the company. Its Kharpada Bridge Project concession period expires on August 28, 2015. Now, upon successful
completion of the term of the project, the SPV is handing over the project to the Government. Kharpada Bridge Project is a Special Purpose
Project (SPV) of IRB Infrastructure, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The project was awarded to the SPV in year 1997 and it has been
operating & maintaining the project since then. The company has also received a written communication from MSRDC that the Government of
Maharashtra is considering to buy back Kolhapur Integrated Road Development Project undertaken by IRB Kolhapur Integrated Road
Development Company (wholly owned subsidiary of IRB) in the city of Kolhapur. In order to reach to an amicable solution, the State
Government has formed a committee to do valuation of the Project, and the Government has confirmed that the process will be completed
within 90 days. In the interim, MSRDC has directed the company to stop toll collection on the project. Accordingly, the SPV has stopped toll
collection in Kolhapur.
Technical Outlook Looking at current chart, structure the stock has taken support of horizontal trend line support at 215 levels on daily chart. Price has formed
bullish candle stick with positive volumes which indicating positive momentum in the stock. The momentum indicator RSI has remained above 40levels which

The Indian equity market is expected to open in the red today with the SGX Nifty trading at 7981.50, down 38 points at 7:45.
Global cues are mixed with Asian markets kicking off the first trading day of the week lower on expectations of more volatility
in Chinese markets. Mainland China equities lost 2 percent in early trade on Monday while the Dow futures tanked 200
points on reports that Beijing may finally halt its controversial market intervention.
Wall Street ended a tumultuous week with a flat close on Friday as investors shrugged off concerns that a September rate
rise was more likely than some investors expected. After several volatile sessions that at one point pushed the S&P 500 to
its lowest level since October 2014, the three major US indices ended the week with gains.
