The Daytona State Softball team stayed at the Quality Inn Sawgrass during a tournament from October 22-23, 2010. The hotel incorrectly charged $85 per night for a king room when the contract stated it should be $60. Sabrina Manhart requests $545 be reimbursed for the room costs, which includes $485 for 5 double rooms at $85 each and 1 king room at the contracted $60 rate.

The Daytona State Softball traveled to the Rising Stars Tournament on
October 22nd where we stayed at the Quality Inn Sawgrass. Our contract
stated that the room rates were to be $85 for a double and $60 for a king.
When the bill was processed they charged us $85 for the kings also. The $50
difference was reimbursed to my American Express card.
My AMEX was charged $595.00 and the $50.00 was refunded to the card. I
am requesting the remaining total of $545.00 be reimbursed.
I am requesting that $485 be reimbursed for the 5 doubles and 1 king.
5doubles @ $85.00
1 King @ $60.00
Total $485.00
