Enviro-Master franchise support consists of 50+ years of successful
experience in the hygiene franchise business. The management team
of Enviro-Master was directly responsible for recruiting, training,
and supporting approximately 150 franchisees around the world.
1. Extensive initial training is performed by experienced professionals in all
aspects of your business for two weeks in Charlotte, NC.
2. Enviro-Master’s administrative support (e.g. collections, IT, handheld
devices, middleware and Quick Books), eliminates the need for most back-
office work.
3. Telemarketing support drives the sales engine of your franchise.
4. You are freed to focus on growing your business and taking care of your customers.
5. On-going operations support and training, including national conferences and the

Pat Swisher: Enviro-Master’s founder, partner and CEO. Pat also founded Swisher International and served
as its CEO from 1983-2005. Pat sold Swisher International in 2005, which then boasted approximately 125
franchises operating in 25 countries with system-wide revenues of $100+ million.
Brian Snediker: COO at Enviro-Master and has served as CEO, COO and/or CFO for various companies
over a 24 year entrepreneurial career. Brian personally raised over $6M via private equity placements for one
of his start-up ventures.
Lee Spencer: CFO at Enviro-Master and certified CPA.
Scott Warren: Vice President of Franchise Sales and Development. Graduate of Trinity International
University with 25 years of professional sales experience.
Chris Downer: Vice President of Franchise Operations. Worked as ROM for 6 years at Swisher supporting
Hygiene Franchise.

Patrick Ratliff: Vice President of Sales Training and Support for the Eastern region. Patrick comes to Enviro-
Master with over 20 years of executive experience in sales management and training.
Beth Casey-Spillane: Vice President of Sales Training and Support for the Western region. Beth comes to us
from a sales position with G&K.
Joel Herman: Director of Accounting who oversees collections and accounts receivables for the franchise
system. Joel spent a dozen years in corporate operations and has a BA in Accounting.
Emily Turner: Director of IT and Franchise Support. Provides training and help with handheld devices and
middleware utilized by technicians in their provision of hygiene service. Also supports franchisees in
QuickBooks and OCS programs.
Sean Hackney: Telemarketing Manager. Oversees our staff of telemarketers, thus driving sales throughout
the franchise system.
Rob Bumgarner: Director of Franchise Operations Support and worked for Swisher International from 1984–
2005. During his career at Swisher, Rob trained franchisees in field operations around the world. Rob co-
owned the Swisher Charlotte franchise for nearly a decade as a multi-million dollar business.
