Hall?
• Ben Hall is a famous bushranger, born in New South
Wales 1837. He married at the age of nineteen to
Bridgett Walsh, who both had a son named Henry.
After a while, they divorced, with Bridgett taking
Henry with her. Ben Hall’s parents were ex-conficts as
he was too! He also started off as a farmer not a
bushranger. Ben hall was killed at the age of 27

A CRIME?
Ben Hall was a bushranger who committed many crimes over his
lifetime. He was once arrested by police looking for bushrangers, he
was also arrested for several robbery attempts. He committed a
robbery with Frank Gardiner, which was called the Eugara Robbery
and were arrested by police. They were released from jail due to lack
of evidence. He was also guilty of shooting several policemen, done by
him and his gang members. They were all declared outlaws and each
had 1000 pounds placed on their heads, dead or alive. He was once
again arrested in 1862 because he was suspected to be in the gang that
robbed a stage coach.

5. • Ben Hall was killed by a huge group of police. Ben Hall had been wanted
for more than a while now, for the crimes he had commited. He had
been involved in a lot of violence, but was getting really sick and tired of
it all and tried to escape to America. Ben Hall didn’t have enough money.
Ben decided to ask his best friend (who owed him some money anyway)
to lend it to Ben him, but instead his best friend to tell the police where
he was hiding.As soon as Ben Hall had woken from his first night in
America and stood up, he was gunned down by 6 policemen.There was
15 bullets found in his body
