Screen Intelligence Screen Intelligence is a powerful feature that ensures speed and accuracy of data input. For example, CasePRO will automatically perform any calculations such as LTV, Age, Time at Address, etc., and then flag to the user if this does not meet your lending criteria.
New Case New Case is where you input the initial Applicant details to create their Case Folder for subsequent processing. The New Case input screen(s) can be easily configured exactly as you require, e.g. you may wish to capture an entire Fact Find from initial contact.
My Tasks My Tasks lists in due date order all of the outstanding tasks for all active cases for the selected User, Team or Entire Company. Tasks are assigned automatically by CasePRO’s powerful workflow engine, ensuring every Case is processed accurately, compliantly and with maximum efficiency.
My Cases My Cases allows you to create, edit and display any number of data views using CasePRO’s simple yet powerful Query Builder and View Designer tools. Selecting a case enables you to view its associated Case History, Appointments, Outstanding Items, Outstanding Tasks and Case Notes in the bottom window.
