Please check your ministries and the times that you are helping in the
parish. Fr. Raphel Njumbe will be visiting the parish for part of August
from Rome. Fr. Raphel has spent most of July in the midlands and will
be with us from the 3rd - 25th August . He is studying in Rome.
Tobernalt Holy Well
Thank you to all who attended the Garland
Celebration at the Holy Well. Unfortunately the
weather was poor, but all the celebration took place
with the help of our parish team which included the
broadcast of the RTE television Mass. Sincere
thanks to all who helped as Eucharistic Ministers,
Readers, Altar Servers, Collectors and members of
2. the Altar Society.
Pilgrimage to Lough Derg
Will take place on Saturday 5th September. For booking please contact
Sabrina Rooney, St. Anne's 91-45028 Cost €40.00 for Lough Derg and
€10.00 to €15.00 for the bus (depending on numbers). A deposit of
€25.00 is required at the time of booking.
Bereaved
Your prayers are requested for Dan O' Flynn Cuilbeg whose funeral
took place on Friday. Also, Joe Callaghan, Drumiskabole whose funeral
took place on Saturday. May they rest in peace.

Community Centre
Repairs and maintaince is taking place in the Community Centre over
the Summer Period. During this period the Hall is closed. We expect
that the extensive work will be finished in the next two weeks. The Hall
should be a more refreshed, clean and friendly environment to all who
visit the centre.
Recent Baptism
Congratulations to David and Niamh Lynch, Rathcormac, on
the Baptism of Oran James. Also, Paul and Lisa Dennison,
Ballisodare on the Baptism of Zara Joanne and Alan and
Oonagh Chapman, Dromahair on the Baptism of Thomas Alan. Every
blessing in the future.
St Vincent de Paul
St Vincent de Paul are actively recruiting new members

National Eucharistic Congress 2015
A National Eucharistic Congress will be held in Knock Shrine on
Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th September 2015. More details on
preparations and programme will be available in the coming weeks.
St. Enda's School
Please note that school grounds are private property and no one should
be on the grounds during the Summer period without permission.
CCTV is in operation. Some groups will be using the school hall in the
absent of the Community Centre for August.
