St John’s GAA
Have organised a car treasure hunt for this Bank Holiday Monday 29th Oct.
Cars will leave from Cuilbeg between 11.30am and 1pm and you can register
on the day itself. This is a fantastic way of spending quality time as a family as
the clues will take you on a journey taking in 25km ofSligo, starting and
finishing in Cuilbeg. Prizes for 1st,2nd and 3rd and the costto enter is €20.
This event is part ofa fundraising campaign for Sligo LGFA Strictly Come

Altar List for Our Deceased
As we journey into November we are called to especially remember our
deceased family, relatives and friends. Altar list and envelopes are now
available at the back and side door ofthe Church. Please fill in the name of
your deceased and return the list to us here at the Church. All names will be
remembered in our Masses, Prayer Services. Adoration -and Intercession
during November.
Celtic Spirituality - Mullaghmore
Fr Michael Drumm, who has written many books and articles on religion in

Sean Nos Dancing - New
Classes by All -Ireland Champion Dancer Ryan Sheridan in Carraroe
Community Hall continue each Friday .Term one for five weeks.Beginner
Classes from 6pm -6.30pm and 6.30pm -7pm Intermediate Classes 7pm-
7.30pm and 7.30pm -8pm. Registration on the night 30mins before start of
each class.Suitable for all school going children age 5 -13 years with a keen

Parish Choir rehearsal on Mondays at 8pm in the Church. If you can sing and

Sligo Meals on Wheels Service
Can be ordered from 1 to 7 days per week for people ofany age who need a
little support.We rely on our volunteer drivers to deliver meals and let us

As we enter November the Holy Well reminds us ofthe need to pray for our
deceased on this sacred soil. Take the time to light a candle and say a
