them or prevent them by regulating the mind.
HOW DOES MEDITATION WORK?

enlightenment.
 During yoga, people are supposed to look into their inner selves and
see their soul and their spiritual goals.
 Yoga is supposed to enhance a person’s consciousness to allow
them to keep a balance even when not meditating.
 Some people just do yoga to become stronger and more flexible.
