Health information technology (HIT) performs an essential role in improving health outcomes of individuals, the community, and populations. Health organizations, consumer advocacy groups, and regulatory committees have made a commitment to explore current and future opportunities that HIT offers to continue momentum to meet the Institute of Medicine's goal of improving safety and quality.

An Overview of Patient Satisfaction and Perceived Care of Quality
This paper aims to audit the patient satisfaction literature, precisely survey methods used, which fundamentally analyses its hypothesis and use at that point to introduce proof for perceived service quality as a discrete and further advanced construct. In this case it happened January 2015 when the suspect Cortez Sims busted into an apartment building in one of our projects and he began shooting. He shot 4 people one which was a one year old child. When police responded they found all four people inside and one of the victims did not survive. All of the victims were transported to the hospital for treatment. The one year old child was paralyzed and the other victims were later released. One of the victims Bianca Horton was fed up with all of the violence going on and decided that she was going to cooperate and began to tell the investigators that she knew the suspect and she would testify against him. The reason that people were scared of Cortez Sims is because he is a big time ranking gang member even though he was 17 at the time. Investigators were able to get enough evidence against Cortez Sims and took out arrest warrants. He was eventually arrested in Knoxville for the quadruple shootings and the murder of one of the victims. When he was arrested he was taken to juvenile. In the Chattanoogan:
Juvenile Court Judge Rob Philyaw on Thursday morning ordered that 17-year-old Cortez Sims be tried as an adult in a College Hill Courts shooting that left one woman dead, a toddler paralyzed, and two others wounded. This was a victory for the prosecution. Police at the time knew that they had a very good case against Cortez Sims because not only did they have physical evidence of him at the crime scene they also had a witness that was going to testify against him. Two years later when the case was going to go to trial, the police responded to yet another shooting.
Bianca Horton, 26, was found
dead
on the side of the road in the 2100 block of Elder Street on the side of Missionary shortly after 9 a.m. with multiple bullet casings on the ground beside her. The mother of four had been a

In this case I really don't think that the investigators or the prosecutors could have seen this coming with the murder of Bianca Horton. The report highlighted medical errors as a contributing factor leading to poor patient outcomes. The Institute of Medicine challenged organizations to implement evidence-based performance improvement strategies in order to improve patient quality and safety. Multiple governmental and regulatory agencies, such as the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Agency for Healthcare Quality and Research (AHRQ), vowed to strengthen and improve incentives for participation, safety, quality, and efficiency in accountable care organizations (ACOs).
Health information technology (HIT) performs an essential role in improving health outcomes of individuals, the community, and populations. Health organizations, consumer advocacy groups, and regulatory committees have made a commitment to explore current and future opportunities that HIT offers to continue momentum to meet the Institute of Medicine's goal of improving safety and quality.
Understanding HIT is important to improving individual, community, and population access to health care and health information. HIT enables quick and easy access to information for both patients and providers. Accessible information has been shown to improve the patient care experience and reduce redundancies, thereby reducing health care costs.
This assessment provides an opportunity for you to make recommendations for expanding a hospital's HIT in ways that will help the hospital qualify as an ACO.

An Overview of Patient Satisfaction and Perceived Care of Quality
This paper aims to audit the patient satisfaction literature, precisely survey methods used, which fundamentally analyses its hypothesis and use at that point to introduce proof for perceived service quality as a discrete and further advanced construct. Findings Patient satisfaction has been widely reviewed and significant efforts have gone into creating survey instruments to estimate it. Although, most surveys have been critical of its utilization, since there is seldomly any hypothetical or calculated development of the patient satisfaction theory. The construct has little normalization, low accuracy and undetermined validity. In this case it happened January 2015 when the suspect Cortez Sims busted into an apartment building in one of our projects and he began shooting. He shot 4 people one which was a one year old child. When police responded they found all four people inside and one of the victims did not survive. All of the victims were transported to the hospital for treatment. The one year old child was paralyzed and the other victims were later released. One of the victims Bianca Horton was fed up with all of the violence going on and decided that she was going to cooperate and began to tell the investigators that she knew the suspect and she would testify against him. The reason that people were scared of Cortez Sims is because he is a big time ranking gang member even though he was 17 at the time. Investigators were able to get enough evidence against Cortez Sims and took out arrest warrants. He was eventually arrested in Knoxville for the quadruple shootings and the murder of one of the victims. When he was arrested he was taken to juvenile. In the Chattanoogan:
Juvenile Court Judge Rob Philyaw on Thursday morning ordered that 17-year-old Cortez Sims be tried as an adult in a College Hill Courts shooting that left one woman dead, a toddler paralyzed, and two others wounded. This was a victory for the prosecution. Police at the time knew that they had a very good case against Cortez Sims because not only did they have physical evidence of him at the crime scene they also had a witness that was going to testify against him. Two years later when the case was going to go to trial, the police responded to yet another shooting.
Bianca Horton, 26, was found
dead
on the side of the road in the 2100 block of Elder Street on the side of Missionary shortly after 9 a.m. with multiple bullet casings on the ground beside her. The mother of four had been a

Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.
