• John Mosey was born in Coventry, during the German
blitz of 1940. At the age of 13 he became a Christian.
Within days he was preaching in the open air in the
city and became very active in his local church youth
and children's programs and as a local preacher.! ! At
Christmas 1988 his 19 year old daughter, Helga, was
murdered whilst a passenger on board Pan-Am flight
103 when it was blown out of the sky 9,000 meters
above the Scottish town of Lockerbie. ! ! Whilst others
called for revenge he and his wife began to speak of
the need to forgive, despite the horror they had been
through.!
