2. • Marks and Spencer plc. (also known as M&S; colloquially known as
Marks and Sparks, Marks's or, simply, Marks) is a major British
retailer headquartered in the City of Westminster, London, with 703
stores in the United Kingdom and 361 stores spread across more
than 40 countries. It specialises in the selling of clothing and luxury
food products. M&S was founded in 1884 by Michael Marks and
Thomas Spencer in Leeds.

3. • LoveFilm (stylised as Loveflim ) is a UK-based provider of
home video and video game rental through DVD-by-mail
and streaming video on demand in the UK, Germany and
Scandinavia. It is an Amazon.com subsidiary, and operates
the LoveFilm website, as well as providing outsourced
website and delivery infrastructure for other British
companies.
• In January 2012, LoveFilm announced that it had reached 2
million subscribers. It also claims over 70,000 titles, and
over 4 million DVD, Blu-ray or Games rentals per month
across five countries. Through a series of mergers and
acquisitions, LoveFilm has, in a few years, become the
leading online DVD rental and streaming outlet in the UK
and across Europe.
4. To find out if your order is open, click Your Account
at the top of any page. On the Your Account page,
click "Your Orders". If your order is listed as "Not Yet
Dispatched" it's open. If it's listed as "Dispatching
Soon" you'll see a "request cancellation" button as
long as the item hasn't already dispatched. You can
use this to request the cancellation of an item that's
entered the dispatch process and you'll get an e-
mail notification of whether or not this request has
been successful, usually within 2 hours.
