• Purpose
• To expose students to math each day
• When
• All block days
• After reading time, which is 15 minutes
• Math will take 30 minutes to complete
• If you finish math early, you may read until the math time is up.
• Who
• Your math teachers will provide seminar teachers with relevant
math content for you to complete
• The expectation is that you complete the math work in seminar

• Assessments/Retakes
4. Math in Seminar
• All the activities in seminar will correlate with what you
are doing in your math class
• It is an expectation that you complete the 30 minutes of
math work to the best of your ability
• Please do not argue about doing math in seminar… It is
a school-wide expectation

• Bring your math supplies with you to seminar
• Be Responsible
• Keep the activities you complete in seminar
• Be Respectful
• Complete the activities that your seminar teachers ask of you
without arguing, complaining, whining, etc.
• Take the Initiative
• Complete the activities to the best of your ability

• Answer them on a sheet of scratch paper, it does not have to be in
your math notebook.
• It is your responsibility to bring your answers to your next math
class.
