2. About
• The purpose of this application is to ease the integration of
Facebook features in mobile application for Android.
• The API contains all the features that exist on Facebook:
• Get the news feeds
• View your wall
• Post a message on your wall or a friend`s wall
• View photos
• Add comments, likes
• Upload photos
3. About
• The application is working based on a queue: a task is
introduced in the queue, when the task is resolved (the
response from the server arrives), the user is notified (via a
listener) and the information is accessible to him.

• For this project we have 2 team members as resources:
• Burea Alex 10 Lei/h
• Pirvu Alexandra 9 Lei/h
• Each member has 2 roles:
- developer
- tester

• For the development of this project there were used:
• 2 laptops
• 2 smartphones with Android OS
9. Conclusions
• The project planning is the first step you have to do when you
want to start a new project. If you make a good planning of
the project, than the development will be easier.
• The planning of a project has to be done with responsibility,
because after the plan has been finished, it has to be followed
by the team members.
• The project plan gives a very good overview of the progress,
the tasks that are done and the tasks that still have to be
completed.
• Also, from the project plannning you can see which resources
have been the most/the least productive.
