If you asked them, what would they say?
Generalities? “ Of Course” “ I love it here” “ I really enjoy my job” “ Great Pay & Benefits” “ Great Work Environment” “ Love My Co-workers” “ So Much Opportunity” Etc.
Well, if everything is going so well, and everyone is so happy, Why aren’t we doing a heck of a lot better?  In other words,  why aren’t my employees more   proactive   and   productive?
If you asked them what they  liked least  about their job,  what do you think  they would say?

What about? “ No health benefits” “ Not paid enough” “ Office is too cold” “ No cost of living adjustment” “ Too noisy” “ No holiday or sick pay” “ Smoking in the warehouse” “ No retirement program” “ No place to eat lunch” “ Long hours around holidays”

  • 6. Well, if everything is going so well, and everyone is so happy, Why aren’t we doing a heck of a lot better? In other words, why aren’t my employees more proactive and productive?
