  5. 5. Generalities? “ Of Course” “ I love it here” “ I really enjoy my job” “ Great Pay & Benefits” “ Great Work Environment” “ Love My Co-workers” “ So Much Opportunity” Etc.
  6. 6. Well, if everything is going so well, and everyone is so happy, Why aren’t we doing a heck of a lot better? In other words, why aren’t my employees more proactive and productive?
