* GROSSIP CHAIN -
Every persons talks to every one else usually about
the personal matter in gossips chain.
* PROBABILITY CHAIN –
In this chain communication is random.
* CLUSTER CHAIN -
In cluster chain , message are transmitted
selectively.
8. DOWNWARD COMMUNICATION –
Communication flow from upward to downward is known as
downward communication .
UPWARD COMMUNICATION –
It is just opposite of downward communication
10. ORAL COMMUNICATION –
Oral communication is
the way if transmission of message through words-
telephone , meetings , interview etc.
WRITTEN COMMUNICATION –
Written
communication is made in writing , called written
communication – letters , notes , charts etc.
GESTURAL COMMUNICATION -
Gestural behaviour
reflects persons , language and expression –
feelings , emotions , attitudes etc.
