Created in 1996 and based in Bretagne, BRETAGNE
TRUITE Company gathers today 28 farms. We are
specialized in rainbow trouts slaughtering, processing
and merchandising.
Our structure allows a total control of the supply chain
from breeding to transformation and delivery. The
processing plant is fully automated using the latest
techniques in modern processing.
Supplied by our own farms, our trouts are kept alive at
the plant in stalling pools. The delay between slaughter
and cold storage is less than one hour, ensuring total
freshness.
We offer a wide range of products: guted trouts, organic
trouts, fillets, roes, eggs …
