The BISCUITERIE DE CHAMBORD was created at the end
of the 70’s. Mr Jean-Claude Sinet, a chicken farmer and
eggs merchant goes through a bad patch with his eggs.
The economic trends are not favourable. Thanks to a
reconversion project he embarked on the biscuits
fabrication. The “Palet Solognot” (rum and grape) biscuit
is baked in the pure respect of the traditional recipe
which has been making its reputation in the region.
The development is growing, especially in the Loir-etCher region. New recipes are created such as the
pastrycooks “petits fours” with amarena cherries…
The successors of Mr Sinet, Mr Collin, stayed loyal to the
traditional and genuine recipes with high quality
ingredients.
7. Biscuiterie de la Pointe du Raz
Hall 10.2 Stand F-025
The "BISCUITERIE DE LA POINTE DU RAZ" pastry
products are baked in the pure respect of the
traditional recipes which has made their
reputation since 1936.
The secret of their inimitable taste lies of course
in the artisanal method of baking, but above all
in the choice of the ingredients. The butter, a top
quality of which is required to produce the
exceptional flavor of our products, is a fresh
superfine cask butter resulting of its natural
maturing over 15 hours' period.
Today, unfortunately, the trade name "with
butter" is granted for all sorts of butter, even the
condensed butter.
Nevertheless, while tasting our genuine Breton
biscuits made with fresh first grade cask butter,
you will be able to see the difference!

In the city of painters, another flagship of the
Breton heritage (where village charm is
inviting, where windows and galleries are
reminders, where Gauguin's memory won't
let us forget) is revealed to your eyes and
your taste: the real cakes from BISCUITERIE
DE PONT-AVEN.
Located in a large house of the 19th century,
it reveals scents of old recipes, simple and
natural with fresh eggs, wheat flour and
fresh cask butter extra-fine (without coloring
or preservatives).
