Just because you
aren't at school, it
doesn't mean you
should act like
there is no school.
You are not supposed to act like
lockdown is a holiday. Do your normal
morning routine like it is a normal
school day. Dress in your school
uniform and wake up at the usual
time.

Even though you are not
allowed to visit friends,
you can still go out to
exercise.
Although you cannot go to
other people's houses, you
still can exercise in a
nearby park or a field with
your family.
The government allows you
60 minutes of outdoor
exercise every day.

4. z Have fun!
You cannot leave the house but there are loads
of ways to have indoor fun!
