status.
from the website using the URLs in the BFX.
User adds markups to PDF file and clicks

Security
Revu users can upload their PDF documents to Studio Enterprise behind their company firewalls where security is controlled and monitored by IT
Manage Sessions
The Studio Enterprise administrator can set the file size, number of files, number of attendees, and size of markups and files that are allowed when creating or participating in a Studio session.
Archive Settings
IT Administrators can determine the number of days or months before Studio sessions and projects are archived or deleted, or choose to never delete sessions and projects at all.
Configuration
Configuration settings allow the administrator to connect to a database, change portal settings, verify users, specify an email address for session notifications, link to and detect static or dynamic IP addresses, create certificates or change expired certificates.
12.5 and above for AD Support
Security
Dynamically generate bFX files to define who’s markups the current user can see, while also choosing what actions can be carried out on the drawing by the user. No need to remember file based passwords as security is set at runtime.
Single Source of Truth
Why have a second copy of the documents in another system for collaboration? Leverage documents in your existing to ensure everyone is looking at the latest revision of your documents.
Auditability
Want complete auditability on your comments? With bFX users cannot edit another users markups. Status’ and replies are tracked in Revu to provide a full trail of actions taken.
Configuration
Configure your own business logic to implement bFX in the way that best fits your workflows, from Design Review to Test Plans to Plan Submissions. Almost any paper based collaborative workflow can be made electronic using bFX
This is a little bit hard to read right???
SF: The green hurts the eyes. Definitely test on large screen to see if the text is too small. Also, Revu text needs to change to “Revu allows the user to add markups and, upon saving, will POST markups back to the website.”
Let’s double check these on the larger screen….
