4. Bloomfire: A fresh start for Lionbridge
From 2012-2016, we were customers
of one of the major players in the
sales enablement space.
User adoption was very low (20-40%
range) and user perception was very
negative.
In 2015, we set out to spend at least
$25k to redesign our instance of the
tool.
The Past
Rather than redesign we decided to
look for a product with a design that
better fit our needs.
Bloomfire met our needs and enabled
us to add licenses so we can open the
tool to our operations teams.
We launched the tool in February,
and already user adoption is at 75%.
