As part of the NCOA updates, deceased constituents
are marked as Deceased in Bloomerang. Search the
constituent in your NCOA Dashboard to see if there is
additional information like deceased date and a link to
an obituary.

Bad Email Addresses
Bloomerang automatically scans primary email addresses
for every constituent to validate their deliverability and to
protect your sending reputation. An email address can be
marked bad for a variety of reasons, and are
automatically skipped when sending emails.

When an automatically processing credit card fails for a
pledge or recurring donation payment, you get a
notification in Bloomerang. Click the notification to view
the Credit Card Payment Failures dashboard.

To deactivate a user,
1. Go to Settings > Users, and
click on a user.
2. Under Active?, Uncheck the
checkbox so it appears gray,
then click Save.
To delete user,
1. Go to Settings > Users, and click on a user.
2. Click Actions, then Delete. Click Yes.
As long as a user account is active, they have can log
into your database.
