in Chennai, India.
22 years of combined experience in the IT, hotel
booking, Digital Marketing, Restaurant and
hospitality industries, I have opened my
restaurant 2 years back, but I was learning and
taking training in the hospitality industry for the
last 10 years.
Understanding the front end operations, not a
chef but I can cook all Indian recipes, Chettinad
Cuisines, Biriyani, Tandoori, Grills, Chinese and
Italian Cuisines.
After so many years working with so many
different food businesses, I can spot operational
illness a mile away. I can offer you advice so
you can help yourself, or I can get in there and
do the work while teaching you how to do it
next time.
