Coffee is a drink which contains caffeine
and black color which is obtained from
roasted and ground coffee beans. Coffee
beans are the fruit of a coffee plant in
the Rubiaceae family, genus Coffea, two
major varieties: Coffea arabica and
Coffea canephora.
The origin of the name would provenii of
Kaffa in Ethiopia Kingdom where they
were first discovered coffee plants and
then introduced into the Arab world.
Arabica is the most appreciated and
cultivated coffee. Prepared from Coffea
arabica tree native of Ethiopia and has
almost 200 species.
Instant coffee was obtained apparently
for the first time in 1890 by David Strang
in New Zealand, using a dry process air.
Coffee has not been marketed under the
brand Strang.
