Bhavik Kakka is a final year M.Tech student at NIT Surathkal working on his project about optimizing risk allocation in bridge projects. His project site is the Mandovi Cable Stay Bridge and his project guides are Mr. Varun Dwivedi from L&T and Dr. Rajasekaran from NITK. The project involves identifying, assessing, and planning risk responses to allocate project risks between parties before, during, and after construction. The objective is to examine current risk allocation practices and how effective allocation can benefit all parties.
