Headquartered in Washington, D.C., Xebec Enterprises, LLC, was established in
2005 by former Director Benjamin Dalley. The company specializes in business
and real estate project consulting for small businesses, start-ups, and
investment groups. Xebec Enterprises also assists clients with property
management and important property transactions, such as acquisitions. Some
of the company's achievements throughout its operational history include
helping convert a 4,000 square-foot, Victorian-era town home in Columbia
Heights, D.C., into a three-unit condominium complex. The project's total
anticipated return to investors approaches the 50 percent mark.

During the company's founding process, Benjamin Dalley took on a prominent
role in creating a start-up investment fund for Xebec Enterprises and
developing the organization's infrastructure. He also created a marketing

his leadership tenure at Xebec, he performed more than $1.1 million in project
management work in the residential and commercial sectors. His other
responsibilities included contractor hiring, contract negotiation, and design.
