4. Who would be the audience
   for your media product?




          Ben Walsh
Explanation
• For my magazine, the audience I have aimed it at is 14-25 year olds.
  This festival age. Dance/house style of music is aimed for people
  who are ready to rave, jump and bounce all night.
• This type of music is found mainly at festivals or night clubs. This
  music is not really used in gigs in England, but abroad it’s a very
  high listened to genre of music. E.g. Tomorrowland, Belgium.
• Artists like Swedish House Mafia, Calvin Harris, David Guetta, DJ
  Tiesto, Avicii etc are the type who produce dance/house music.
  These will get thousands to concerts, at Tomorrowland in 2010,
  there was 180,000 people watching pure dance music.
• Many people try to follow their music hero’s footsteps by becoming
  smaller DJ’S, Some make it far but other stick to house parties. This
  shows they are good role models to their listeners.
