Weaknesses • Less activities for youngsters • Less options if you are not interested in sports or foreign languages. • Sometimes teachers are very demanding. Negative aspects that lead to failure Circumstances that might work on our favour Opportunities This school tries to fix different interests among students offering. There are a lot of teachers who work as a cohesive group with the same goals. Threats When some students are not interested in some of the activities, parents allow them to stay at home. Weaknesses Lack of interest in studies The educational system rejects some students: there are no enough solutions for all of them Negative aspects that lead to failure Circumstances that might work on our favour Opportunities There are regular meetings about what´s going on and a proper guidance. There are support programmes. Threats Some students find the educational system too rigid. There should be more options for any student in order to reduce school failure and early school leaving.
