4. How do I work to Boat Show?
• The first day of every month you want to google search all
upcoming evert for the next 6 months
• Search: location + Fairs, Festivals, Shows, Booths, Vendor
• Sign up for the show you want to attend
• Create an event appointment in your Sales Optima Calendar
• Send and E-Blast out to all contacts in Sales Optima inviting to the
show
• 6 days prior
• Each day of the show
• And the last day save

5. E-Blast 6 Days Prior to the show

Hundreds of representatives from marine manufacturers and area dealerships, as well as top product vendors like the Freedom Boat Club, will be at the show to
answer questions and provide information on how you can get out on the water.
TICKETS: Admission is $10 for adults and $8 for seniors age 60 and older. Children 12 and younger are admitted free when accompanied by a paying adult. Sorry

array of boating possibilities. Our local fleet will give you the flexibility of deep water fishing and large family cruising. We want folks to ENJOY boating, so there’s no prep or
clean-up time for our members. Ask me about our Members only Fishing Buddies Program and monthly fishing seminars. Not only will we teach you how to fish, we will pair you

and chairs.
• Bungie a 5X7’ Freedom Boat Club banner to the back of the booth

• Have Multiple copies of all the Sales Collateral
• Have Sign to Enter to win a Free One month Membership
• Use the prospective member pads for capturing names
• Have a Sales Show Special Flyer to hand out
• Basic Club Benefits
• Different types of memberships
• ½ the discounted rate
• Deadline on the last day of the event or end of month
• Membership Executives contact information
