INTRODUCTION
Motivation issues for workers are more and more interested in the business of our
country today. The organization is a collective of workers in which they
work and contribute for the common good of making the organization grow
and prosper in the marketplace. In return, workers will receive rewards both
physically and mentally from the organization. So, in essence, motivational
work is an investment that both sides benefit. In fact, motivational work at
Tuan Thanh Thao Co,..Ltd has been implemented, but still has not achieved
the desired results and has not stimulated the workers to do their best for The
average productivity is still low. With the above obstacles, during the

Director is the top power of Tuan Thanh Thao that directly manage five
departments consisting of sales department, technical department, R&D
department, accounting department and department of general administration.
Roles of Director
The director plays an important roles and responsibilities in the company.
Essentially, he has the right to hire all employees, as well as assessing the overall
direction and strategy for his company. Moreover, he acts on behalf of the
shareholders to run the day to day affairs of Tuan Thanh Thao. The director is

general meeting at which the directors provides a report to shareholders on the
performance of Tuan Thanh Thao.
Roles of Sales Department
Sales department is one of the most important department in Tuan Thanh
Thao. The sales staff are in charge of looking for the sales opportunities with the
existing and new customers to sell products and services. Whenever, the
company has a meeting, they will organize effective presentation to their
customers for their target products. The sales manager takes responsibilities to
identify the target budget for each year with following-up percent of the budget
realization each quarter of year. To do this, sales manager has to definite business
opportunities with each customer to be considered in the target budget or forecast
list. Moreover, they should development the rapports with all existing and new
customers to know their future plan as well as co-ordination with sales
Department to reach the strategic goals.
Roles of Technical Department
Technical Department is responsible for diagnosing any hardware or
software faults with these systems and will solve the issues either in person or
over the phone. By the way, they are in charge of installation and configuration
of a company’s computer hardware operating systems and applications. Every
day, IT staff have to maintenance and monitor computer networks and systems,
as well as testing and evaluating new technology. In addition, they performing
electrical safety checks on the company’s computer equipment.
Roles of Marketing Department
Tuan Thanh Thao marketing department has overall responsibility for its
growing revenue, increasing market share and contributing to the company
growth and profitability.
The Marketing team does the research that aims to identify market
opportunities and gain a better understanding of customer needs. They also do
the survey to understand competitors’ strengths and weaknesses so they can take

action to protect Tuan Thanh Thao business with their current customers or win
business from weaker competitors. Moreover, the marketing department works
with internal or external product development teams from technical department
to develop new products or improve existing ones. They also plan campaigns and
develop communications material to promote vale products to customers and
prospects. In addition, Tuan Thanh Thao marketing department is responsible for
organizing events, such as exhibitions, seminars, sales conferences or customer
hospitality events.
Roles of Accounting Department
This is an important department in Tuan Thanh Thao. There are some
specific roles that the accounts maintain great relationships with vendors. the
essential roles and duties of virtually any accounting staff include some working
as below
 Firstly, they have to make money out. It means that they are in
charge of making payments and keeping the bills paid
 Secondly, they have to make money in. It means that they are in
charge of processing incoming payments
 Thirdly, they have to make payroll to make sure that everyone gets
paid on time.
 Fourthly, they have to do report. It means that they are preparing
financial reports such as profit and loss, balance sheets and budgets
 Lastly, they have to control finance.
Roles of General Administration Department
General Administration Department occupies an important in Tuan Thanh
Thao. The department is incharge of providing comprehensive administrative
planning, leadership and organizational, as well as development of all
departments in the company. They also evaluate performance of all department
heads and their operations. In addition, administering all laws and policies
established is their responsibilities in Tuan Thanh Thao.

companies are increasingly developing scale operation, indeed, Tuan Thanh Thao
company has opened a number of products and increase the number of sales staff
to market development activities, Tuan Thanh Thao company has opened three
more stores and offering goods for some supermarket, so the force management
and staff employees working increasingly recruit more

In general, the business performance of the company is quite successful, turnover
has increased continuously over the years. In 2017, the company's revenue
reached 101.72 billion. In 2015, the company expanded its business scope, found
new customers, revenue increased 15.08% compared to 2017, reached 120.45
billion. In 2016, Vietnam officially opened its doors for the logistics industry
(from January 11, 2017), competition in the forwarding market has been fiercer,
so the revenue growth rate is lower than in 2015, However, revenue was still
high at 135.53 billion dong.
Along with the increase in sales, the company's cost has also increased over the
years. In 2017, the total cost of the company is 90.96 billion. In 2015, the total
cost increased by 15.97% compared to 2017, at 105.49 billion. By 2016, due to
many efforts to cut costs of the board and all employees, the cost increased only
3.93% compared to 2015, at 109.63 billion.
The continuous fluctuations in revenue and expenses made the company's profits
continue to fluctuate, but with the increase in revenue with the stronger margin
has made the profit increase continuously over the years. Pre-tax profit in 2015
reached 10.76 billion, and by 2015 increased 39.08% to 14.97 billion. In 2016,

profit continued to increase sharply, up 73.08% against 2017, reached 25.90
billion.

2.1.Working environment.
2.1.1.Physical environment.
- Equipment in the workplace: Equipment in the workplace of officer are
quite adequate and amenities. Not only saves time, it shows employees
that company care about giving them the best tools available. Each room
is equipped with air conditioners, fixed telephones... Each employee has
their own desk, separate computers connected internal network. Working
rooms of manager are arranged next to that department and they can
connect together over the glass wall. Such arrangements have helped the
company save a lot of time and costs, conducting strict management,
exchange data easily, contribute to improving efficiency.
- Because every room has air conditioners, employees feel that their work
space becomes more comfortable and they can focus on their work.
- The dominant colors of the company are green and white. It gives
employees a feeling of lightness, comfortable, friendly and dynamic.
- Tuan Thanh Thao Company has open space design which help employees
easily in communication and increases interaction between employees,
thereby leading to improve employees’ satisfaction, enhance morale and
increase efficiency of employees.

- Vinamilk: is the biggest dairy company in Vietnam. Professional people,
dynamic environment. Besides, competitive salary including health
benefit, traveling and phone allowance is considerable.

Beside, many company in Vietnam are not really create a good working
environment for employees, leadership are not actually listened to staff.
They are not focused on investment in human resources in order to create
maximum efficiency. I just tell some company name like FES Limited
Company (Binh Duong province), Trang An Securities (TAS), Ngoi Sao
Viet Investment and Trading Development Joint Stock Company (Ha
Noi), Hoang Hai Pharmaceutical joint stock company ( Ha Noi)…

- Human resources are not really stable. The rate fluctuates relatively high,
employees levels and employee qualification are unequal, professional

2.7.1.Advantages.
- The Board of Directors and the Board room work sharp, dynamic,
accuracy in role management and operational direction of the company.
The Board of Directors and departments working keen, dynamic, accurate
in management roles and oriented company activities.
- Tuan Thanh Thao Company has abundant, strong, passionate workforce
with low labor costs. Employees have good qualities, have eager to learn,
have highly skilled contributing to boosting labor efficiency.
- Machines equipped modern reaches international standards. It is easy for
employees to work more.
These above favorable conditions are the motivation to help companies
survive and develop.
2.7.2.Disadvantages.
Besides the advantages, the company also exist the difficulties:
- Due to the overcrowding of human resources, Human resources manage
can not be avoided difficulties and shortcomings.
- Orders are not evenly distributed throughout the year, often focusing on
the beginning and the end of the year. Therefore, during this period,
company often had to work overtime. It is difficult for companies,
especially for workers to recreate labor power.
- Company has a good investment on equipment in production workshops
so the factory premises, machinery and equipment are new and modern
investment. Workers are equipped with adequate labor protection, full
factory conditions of light, ventilation holes, labor safety. However, due to
the frequent exposure with machinery, equipment and the impact of the
noise, in longer term, the impact on health and eyesight is unavoidable.

3.1.Expressing personal viewpoints about factors affecting efficiency of
employees at Tuan Thanh Thao Company.
In my opinion, Tuan Thanh Thao Company have created and maintained
good factors affecting efficiency of employees. Company providing
adequate modern facilities and necessary equipment for job. It created
good and comfortable conditions to employees promoting to the best
abilities at work. Friendly, social work environment help relationship
between leadership and employees, employees and employees are closer.
Everybody is easily in communication, interactivity. Leadership is close,
pleasant to listen to employees’ opinion, idea. For Tuan Thanh Thao
Company, training and developing human resources are especial attention.
Treatment regime employees are very good with many rewards, incentive
and so on. It shows the interest of leadership to employees. All of these
things helps employees want long-term commitment with company and
make further efforts to create greater work efficiency, contributing to
build a develop and strong Tuan Thanh Thao Company.
3.2.Objectives of improving efficiency of employees.
- Helping company create higher labor efficiency, enhance revenue and
profitability, helping the company develop further.
- Helping employees confidence in their own capacity, continue to learn
and improve skills, create a comfortable living, raising incomes and
improving the quality of life.

3.3.1.Fixing deficiencies.
- Due to the overcrowding of human resources, Tuan Thanh Thao Company
needs to take measures to manage human resources stricter, clearer.
- Because the factory performs the contract follow the request of the
customer, the quantity of goods change continuously and the majority of
workers is female, so the number of workers are also unstable. Tuan
Thanh Thao company have to find new employees monthly. The
temporary workers are difficult to work our best for the company.
Therefore, Tuan Thanh Thao company should training a stable and high-
qualifications workforce for the company, create cohesion with employees
to create the optimal efficiency.
- About the recruitment, managers of Departments should give clear job
description. Applicants can save time for understand the work, choose
right job and be easier to work if they are recruited.
- Reallocate human resources: Once Tuan Thanh Thao company analyzed
the success and inefficiencies of their resources, they will be able to
reallocate resources. By maximizing the capacity of staff and reallocating
them to areas that match their skillset, employees will feel more engaged
in their work and they are likely to become more efficient.
- Orders are not evenly distributed throughout the year, Tuan Thanh Thao
Company should distribute reasonable working periods for employees to
keep employees in the best health status at work, avoid the cases of
overworking. Employees need the best healthy to create the best
efficiency.
3.3.2.Improving factors affect on efficiency of employees.

business can ignore.

more motivated if they know what they are expected to achieve. Clearly
stating goals or having a company vision provides guidance for everyone.
Additionally, it is important to provide feedback or show that employees
are being supervised.
- Tuan Thanh Thao company’ leaders should give responsibilities to
qualified employees, and trust that they will perform the tasks well. This
gives employees the opportunity to gain skills and leadership experience
that will ultimately benefit their company.
- Leaders should match tasks to employee's skills. Knowing employees'
skills and behavioral styles is essential for maximizing efficiency.
- Creating a culture of accountability. Every employee needs to be well
aware that they are accountable for their actions and decisions, and they
can neither pass the blame to someone else. This will help they work more
meticulously, take cautious rather than reckless decisions.
- At the workshop, because of highly specialized feature, they often feel
monotonous when always repeated a job, they gradually lose the ability to
be creative. This monotony can be broken with rotation and giving people
new tasks and exposure to other divisions. This adds their learning and
helps them get a holistic view of the business.
- If employees spend more than eight to ten hours at workplace and without

regular breaks helps to maintain focus and to prevent a decline in
performance and work more efficient.
- Allow for remote work and flexible hours. It doesn't matter where and
when work gets done, so long as it gets done. Research by Gallup shows
that employees who work remotely part of the time are more engaged and
actually work longer hours. Giving employees the flexibility to do their
work when and where they work best.

Company has great, strong workforce and adequate, convenient facilities which
can help employees complete their work faster, more efficient. Employees
cooperate and have good relationship with colleagues and superiors. This makes
a positive, happy social environment creating a better working environment for
employees to achieve the best efficiency. Leadership listens to and communicates
with employees. Everybody turn Tuan Thanh Thao Company into a family,
where they can comfortable share ideas, opinion, emotions together. Training
program helps employees enhance skill, work quality as well as quality of life.
All above things create motivations for employees to achieve the most effective
quality of work. Beside, Tuan Thanh Thao company need ways to help company
grow further: reallocate human resources, training a stable and high-
qualifications workforce for the company, match tasks to employee's skills.

The sales manager takes responsibilities to identify the target budget for each year with following-up percent of the budget realization each quarter of year. To do this, sales manager has to definite business opportunities with each customer to be considered in the target budget or forecast list. Moreover, they should development the rapports with all existing and new customers to know their future plan as well as co-ordination with sales Department to reach the strategic goals. Roles of Technical Department Technical Department is responsible for diagnosing any hardware or software faults with these systems and will solve the issues either in person or over the phone. By the way, they are in charge of installation and configuration of a company’s computer hardware operating systems and applications. Every day, IT staff have to maintenance and monitor computer networks and systems, as well as testing and evaluating new technology. In addition, they performing electrical safety checks on the company’s computer equipment. Roles of Marketing Department Tuan Thanh Thao marketing department has overall responsibility for its growing revenue, increasing market share and contributing to the company growth and profitability. The Marketing team does the research that aims to identify market opportunities and gain a better understanding of customer needs. They also do the survey to understand competitors’ strengths and weaknesses so they can take

Moreover, the marketing department works with internal or external product development teams from technical department to develop new products or improve existing ones. They also plan campaigns and develop communications material to promote vale products to customers and prospects. In addition, Tuan Thanh Thao marketing department is responsible for organizing events, such as exhibitions, seminars, sales conferences or customer hospitality events. Roles of Accounting Department This is an important department in Tuan Thanh Thao. There are some specific roles that the accounts maintain great relationships with vendors. the essential roles and duties of virtually any accounting staff include some working as below  Firstly, they have to make money out. It means that they are in charge of making payments and keeping the bills paid  Secondly, they have to make money in. It means that they are in charge of processing incoming payments  Thirdly, they have to make payroll to make sure that everyone gets paid on time.  Fourthly, they have to do report. It means that they are preparing financial reports such as profit and loss, balance sheets and budgets  Lastly, they have to control finance. Roles of General Administration Department General Administration Department occupies an important in Tuan Thanh Thao. The department is incharge of providing comprehensive administrative planning, leadership and organizational, as well as development of all departments in the company. They also evaluate performance of all department heads and their operations. In addition, administering all laws and policies established is their responsibilities in Tuan Thanh Thao.
