15. Leasing Arrangement Scheme

organization will be offered A Leasing Scheme for contract period of
3 years.
• During the 3 years period the organization will be charged for:

• Monthly Leasing Scheme Fees.**
** The above amount will be determined and discussed with the organization,
based on the quantity of E-MAX7 Chips required according to the organization’s
electrical load / system
• At the end of contract, the units will be dismantle at ZERO COST to
the organization

• Provide Vital Information For Monitoring Purposes
• Relevant System Electrical Diagrams
• Relevant Physical Location Of DB Boxes In System
• Complete List of Loads & Its Specification – Escalator / Heaters / Pumps / Furnaces / Fans / Air conditions / Flood Lights/Etc.
• Electrical Bills From Utility Provider for previous 6-12 months.
• Yearly Business Operation Information – Peak / Non Peak Periods
• Information on Any Electrical Saving Currently used if any.
• Assign Person For Coordination Work
• Installation Of E-Max7 Chips – Determine Time / Location / Person In Charge
• Site Inspections by our Technical Personnel every 2 weeks
• Evaluate Monthly Outcome Over a Trial Period of 6 months
• Further Discussion On Result.
• With Significant Result – Client To Provide Testimony & Both Parties Enter Into Leasing Agreement
• With No Significant Result – Dismantling of Chips at ZERO COST to Organization.

17. Basic Terms & Conditions For Trial Period
The Usage of The Technology Is Subject To Terms & Conditions :
• Tenure of Trial Installation: 3 months + 1 month extension
• Previous 6-12 Months Bill Prior to commencement of trial project.
• Acknowledgement, Handover & Acceptance of Installation.
• Trial For Full 3 months before commencing Installation Agreement.
( minimum 3 years )
• In case of NO favorable result ( Savings Less Than 10% ) within 4 months,
we reserve the right to dismantle the installed trial units at no cost.
• Quarterly Audit of Load – Apparatus & Equipment Used…. New & Old.
( Photos of Existing Equipment Included )
• Loss of any units will be subject to a reimbursement of RM 2,000 per unit.
• Use of other saving technology at the same building, must be with PA’s
prior consent.
