This document provides an overview of quick-coding personality assessments, breaking people into four categories (Reds, Yellows, Blues, Whites) based on whether they appear more introverted or extroverted, logical or emotional, and have a rapid-fire or deliberate communication style. Reds and Yellows are commonly extroverted, logical, and rapid communicators while Blues and Whites are commonly introverted, emotional, and deliberate communicators.
