1. Pulav reciepe
Ingredients :
rice:1 kg
oil:3/4 glass for 1 kg rice
onion: 4
mutton/chicken: 1.5kg
water:1.5/glass of rice if basmati inclusive of stue
o else 1:2 if normal rice
ginger garlic:1 cup (4 tsp each)
pudina/mint: 1 stick washed and chopped
coriander: 1stick
lemon:4
chillies:100gms
lavang:pinch
turmeric: half tsp
salt
Procedure:
1. wash and soak rice separately and leave.
2. to cook mutton:
i.in cooker put mutton,1sp ginger garlic,a pinch of salt,turmeric a pinch,chilly powder 1 tsp. 3

Rice:
1. add oil(3/4 glass) into the cooker, add biryani leaves(3) fry for a while
2. add cut onions and chillies and fry till onions become transparent
3. add coriander and mint
4. add ginger garlic and fry continuously till the raw smell of ginger garlic goes
2. 5. add the cooked mutton into the cooker.
6. in another vessel add the water for rice in the ratio 1:1.5 or 1:2 as required including the stue in
which the mutton was cooked.And boil so that the procedure is faster
7. add the water into the other cooker and continue frying and wait till boil
8. squeeze the four limes and add salt .Check the taste and make changes if required
9. When done add in the rice and put for 1 whistle on medium flame(5-7 min)
10. after which,leave it to cool.Tranfer to another vessel and mix.
Raita:
11. add cut onins,tomato,cucumber,1chilly,coriander
12. add yogurt.
13. add salt according to taste.
