6th Annual Augustine Preparatory Academy of Atlanta
Thanksgiving Luncheon
When: Tuesday, November 22, 2011
Where: H.F. Shepherd Multiplex - Atrium
Time: 10:00am to 1:00pm
Cost: $8.00 per person for parents and guests 15 and over.
$6.00 per person for guests 14 and under (this does not apply to Augustine
students who’s activity has been paid.)
There is no charge for Augustine students whose activity fee has been paid.
Deadline: Bottom portion must be returned
NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 18TH @ 12NOON.
Caterer must have exact numbers to prepare for.
Money will be collected the day of the luncheon (please bring exact change)
Additional info:
Students may wear Sunday attire and they do not have to report to school until 9:30am.
School will be open all day, but students may leave after the luncheon.
Luncheon tickets will be given out at the luncheon.
