Providing quick response with 11 years experience in IT field
(4 years Computer Support Specialist, and 7 years IT for businesses) for companies
that have IT Infrastructure services, remote monitoring, helpdesk and technical
support, server management, storage and network management, with a strong
experience in desktop application support.
Proactive and problem solving skills that enjoys working in a fast-moving
environment and multitasking multiple priorities with excellent business
communication skills on all levels of an organization. During the past years
progressed on an ongoing base and always trying to develop myself in different IT
areas.
I like my job too because I like providing services to others and help them. From my
experience I believe that the co-operation of different departments with each other
to be collected the success of any company, the IT department is as important as the
rest of the departments, so I believe in this and I do what I could to help them. and If
I faced a new case, I will not rest till reaching a solution for it.
3. IT Tasks
Administering, Maintaining and Managing of DocuWare, Nortel BCM, Blackberry Enterprise Server,
Symantec End-Point Protection and Legato Backup System.
Administration of MS Win 2003 2012 Server, Active Directory, Exchange 2003 and SharePoint
Portal.
Implementing and Managing of MS Win 2003 and 2012 Server.
Create & implement effective policies to manage and maintain the network.
Installation and Maintenance of basic user software and updating software periodically.
Cisco switching configuration.
Maintaining of trading web site up and running as the daily and weekly scheduled, updating
maintenance reports and providing support for trading customers in the technical issues on a daily
basis.
Attend to new Users, Computers, Upgrading Servers & Cabling with minimum time & cost.
Monitoring Backup Scheduling “Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports” ,Anti-virus..etc. as well as DRS.
Responsible for Server Room, Network scheduled Jobs & maintenance calendar events.
Maintains System Documentation and keeps documentation for audit response support, presents
some documentation for auditors with the guidance of the security team and manager of systems
operations.
Using Spiceworks “Complete network management & monitoring, helpdesk, PC inventory &
software reporting Solution” to manage our network.
