1. Location Reece

2. For this location I will be using a low angle shot with the camera looking up to the person
with the artist giving direct address to the audience. I will be using a low angle shot so that
it makes the person look powerful, whilst it will also show off the background. I will not be
using any props for this person as they will not be an artist but will just being used as a
model. I will be using natural light as this will shot in the day, meaning o will not be using
any added light.

3. I will be using this area for my double page spread. This will be used for my artist with a
medium close up. The medium close will show off the artists appearance, as well as his facial
expression. The artists facial expression will show the artist to be intimidating to the audience,
as the artist will be giving direct address to the audience by staring right into the camera. I
have used this location as the sign is significant in showing the artist to be intimidating and
dangerous to the audience. This because signs like this signify danger to the audience
immediately, creating a feeling that this is an artist that should not be messed with as he is
dangerous. I will also be using natural light for this as it is outside and will be shot during the
day.

4. This location is shown to be in alley way. This alley way will be used to
show the grim area in which this artist has grown up into to. However,
despite taking many location shots I feel the lamppost location is the
best. This because I will be using I medium close up, meaning that the
artist will be able to lean up against the lamppost for the shot. I also feel
that it is important to use that location as shows that the wooden gate
is rotting and is getting old, showing the area to be down ridden. For this
shot I will be using direct address so that it makes the artist look
intimidating, whilst also connoting the conventions of media and how
many magazines show the artists giving direct address to the camera. I
will also be using natural light as the location is outside and because the
shot will taken during the day.

5. I will be using this location to use a wide shot
of my artist trying to hop the fence and into
the river. I will be using a wide shot ass it is
able to show a larger image therefore more of
the location. By using a wide shot it means
that the artist and his whole appearance will
be able to be seen, whilst Also showing the
graffiti that is on the railing. Meanwhile, it will
also the overgrowing plants that is in the area,
therefore presenting the area to be
somewhere that has not been cared for and
that has been mistreated. For this shot I will
be using natural light as the shot will be taken
outside and will be done during. I will be using
this shot of my artist as it presents him to be
mischievous and someone that does not follow
the rules. This will give the present the artist
differently as the other shots have presented
the artist to be intimidating, whilst this shots
him to be someone who is able to have fun
and is not serious all the time

6. • The computer room will be used for an over the shoulder shot showing someone
listening to music on the computer with headphones in. I will be using an over
the shoulder shot as it makes the shot look more personal, whilst also showing
off the type of music the person is listening to. This image will also be used to
denote the conventions of media as it will not be giving direct address to the
audience, whilst also denoting the representation of the target audience for my
magazine, as it will not show what I have described my audience clothes and
appearance to look like. I will we doing this to show that the genre of rap is not
limited to a singular group and to show that not everybody has the lifestyle that I
have presented my target audience to have. I9 will be using an unnatural light
source for this shot as despite the fact that the shot will be done during the day,
the location is inside meaning an added light source will be used.

7. This location will be used for two female models in a two shot
giving direct address to the audience. The shot will be a wide shot
so that all of the background can be seen within the shot. I will be
using two female models so that so that their is variety within my
magazine, Whilst I also will be using it to not fit the conventions of
the rap magazine media. For this shot will be using natural light as
the shot will be taken outside.
