1. Salary & Wage Management plays a vital role for every organization.
With the passage of time, enactment of labour laws and its
compliance has become complicated.
The main objective of Salary & Wage administration is to establish and
maintain an equitable salary & wage system as well as ensure its fair
distribution among employees. This properly developed
compensation system enables management organizations to attract,
obtain, retain and motivate employees of required calibre and
qualification as well as make the organization cost-effective. These
objectives can be seen in a more orderly manner from the point of
view of the organisation, individual employees and collectively. The

The purpose of this workshop is to learn in accordance with legal and
statutory point of view about Salary & Wage, it is sometimes more
difficult to understand and leads towards unnecessary litigations. In
order to avoid difficulties and overcoming litigations hurdles in the
way of organisations, there is a greater need for HRD and Finance
professionals to learn and get a grip over this subject.
