Copy the 10 words from page 48 into your
notebook.
Look back into the story: find the first two words
and copy all the sentences with those words in
them.

2. Weekend Homework
• This is a mandate from the principal, Mrs.
Holloway.
• Failure to comply will result in consequences
that you may not appreciate.
• Since this is a grade-level mandate, I am not in
charge of those consequences.
• Please take a textbook home with you. It does
not matter whose textbook it is. They will all
be returned at the end of the year.

3. Reflection
• After we go through the correct answers, you
will reflect on items you missed.
• On the reflection page, fill in the first column
with item numbers from the test.
• If item 2 is the first one you missed, then write
that number in the first column.
• Choose one column heading per item missed.

4. Processing the Quarterly
• Check your test according to the answers on
the screen. We will go through this quickly, so
PAY ATTENTION!
• Put a star next to items you answered
correctly.
• To determine your score, count the number of
questions you answered correctly: stars
• Multiply by 2.5 and you’ll get your score.

6. Closure
• Please put your Quarterly and your reflection
page in your blue folder.
