12. RFID TECHNOLOGY
• Consist of a reader & Tag

• LM016L is used as the LCD display
device
• 1st & 3rd pin are shorted to provide
continuous backlight service
• D4 to D7 pins are connected to B4
to B7 of pic
• 5th & 6th are read write pins
connected to any of the I/O ports

• Provides a slot for SIM card
• Connected to pic for providing account information to the user via

• Communication with transceivers are same as that of an ordinary

Conversion
Microcontroller works at 5V supply
Centre tap transformer - 6 0 6 used which gives 6V(AC)
Electrolytic capacitor plates are used to remove the AC ripples
A regulator 7805 is used to obtain 5V. Even with any variation in
input output will be 5V
W10M Bridge rectifier transistor is used to get exact 1A needed
for microcontroller working

21. Circuit explanation…
• Theoretically one two microcontrollers are needed as shown in the
figure
• Simultaneous analog to digital conversion causes error
• We uses 4 microcontrollers two for RFID and LDR and other two for
motor operation and GSM
• A 20 MHz crystal oscillator is connected to 13th & 14th pin of each pic
to provide clock speed
• A motor driver circuit & GSM module is connected to any of the two
I/O port of the pic
• the control of all the components connected to pic is governed by
programming
