1. • Establishes an effective and organized filing system for the all project under Development Department.
• Create both new and standard forms needed for the all projects.
• Provides informational reports on program budget, line items, and expenditures as requested by
the HOD.
• Attends meeting as needed or requested.
• Researches various information via telephone, e-mails, and correspondence as needed.
• Must maintain records for the all project under development department.
• Prepares all outgoing mail, monitors program supply inventory and orders office supplies as
necessary.
• Drafts correspondence or reports as requested by the HOD.
• Takes minutes for meetings as needed.
• Develop, organize, collect document and analyze surveys as requested for the all project under
development.
• Fax, copy, and e-mail documents as necessary.
• Serves on committees as needed or requested.
• Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
• Prepare media materials for distribution. (i.e. copying, filing, mailing, e-mailing)
• Continually update and correct database records.
