The minus side to reducing your personal energy use is the, loss of your luxuries eg; sitting in the
warmth or cool air of your heater and the AC, can't be a couch potato any longer, have to drive
around towns smartly and efficiently to save planet, eating less meat because agriculture industries
produces a lot of methane, hanging your clothes out to dry in the sun rather than simply using an
dryer. Finally the interesting things are using renewable sources to produce energy at home,
choosing the highest efficient home appliances competitions between the electric appliances

After completing the second assessment, I received a score of 38. This placed me on the low scale
of LPCs meaning that I am task motivated. This score upholds my first exam findings that I am
more focused on task as a leader. On the third assessment, I received a score of 8 on factor one

My other sibling who resides out of town volunteered to drive my parents around which will allow

Too much personal and engaging conversation will eventually drain me. Favoring feeling over
thinking can be a disadvantage in some Engineering work as I tend to assign emotions to the
different types of work I do. If I don't like the people involved in a project I will probably not care
as much about the final results or I will be come a contrarian who dislikes any suggestions from the

The Errors Of Judgment That Stood Out
There are three errors in judgment that stood out to me in the reading and attend. Unwarranted
assumptions are "beliefs and ideas that are taken for granted" (Bethel, 2013). Both personally and
professionally unwarranted assumptions can cause a lack of communication. This can lead to
problems in relationships and deadlines not being met. Projection is "tendency to attribute to others
some of our own traits". Often times, when we have personality traits or feelings, we assume others
are doing or feel the same. This can lead to hurt feelings, resentment, and lack of communication.
And, sweeping generalizations means "one experience is used to generalize about a whole group".
When you put an entire group into a category, you can actually lead to you missing out on good
situations and even better people. On the other hand, you could also get yourself into trouble by
assuming the best of an entire group based on one experience with one or two people involved. Last
year, I made an unwarranted assumption at work. Although it didn't get me wrote up, it did cause a
dust–up in the workplace. Previous administration had left it to the bookkeeper to know when an
employee left during the work day. I let the bookkeeper know I had to leave for an hour or so, but
didn't let my administration know. It was during state testing week and we were not supposed to
