Takeaways from the
disruption:
I've learned how important it is for all staff, board
and residents to embrace technology and be
open to change.
I should have pushed more, sooner, to adopt the
changes to technology we have recently made. If I
would have, it may have taken away one more
"stressor" during this challenging time.
A change was coming

think this is going to
restructure the way
