The narrator faced gender discrimination at their job, with their boss believing women could not do their technical work and only hiring the narrator to meet gender balance quotas. The narrator was only given desk jobs preparing reports. When a critical network integration project came up that could end careers if mishandled, and all male colleagues refused it, the narrator saw an opportunity to prove their capabilities and successfully completed the high-stakes project.

Under Picture Tools, on the Format tab, in the Size group, in the Shape Width box, enter 5”. On the Home tab, in the Drawing group, click Arrange, point to Align, and then do the following: Click Align to Slide. Click Align Left. Click Align Top.
