Customer Data <ul><li>Improve billing accuracy and customer satisfaction </li></ul><ul><li>Consolidate customer information and preferences </li></ul><ul><li>Automate quote generation </li></ul><ul><li>Customer Profile - In one place all aspects of a customers account can be viewed and modified. This includes creating new shipments, viewing shipments, financial information and other preferences. </li></ul><ul><li>Current Shipments - All shipments linked to a customer can quickly be found and viewed. The shipments can be searched and sorted by a variety of parameters. </li></ul><ul><li>Create Shipments - After selecting a customer a new shipment can be created using previous shipments to populate most of the new shipment information expediting the shipment entry process. </li></ul><ul><li>Preferences - Many customer specific preferences can be set reminding your staff about their special needs or circumstances. These include rating notes, lift gate, insurance, invoice style and many other useful pieces of information. </li></ul><ul><li>Email Notifications - Shipment Delivery, Pickup Confirmation, Invoice Creation and many other notifications can be automatically sent to customers. The notifications are automatically emailed based on the notification preferences of that specific customer. </li></ul><ul><li>Account Statement - A real time statement of account can be viewed or sent at any time. The statement will show real time data about the customer's open and closed billing activity. </li></ul><ul><li>Credit Profiles - Credit information can be entered and calculated using all shipments in the system. If a new shipment is booked that pushes a customer over their credit limit notifications are automatically triggered giving the proper people the ability to stop the shipment before it is picked up. </li></ul>

  6. 6. Shipment Profile <ul><li>The shipment Profile page enables you to keep track of all the information regarding a specific shipment from the time it is scheduled until the time it is delivered. This page allows you to both view and edit the information for a shipment. </li></ul><ul><li>Current Shipment status is displayed in the icons across the top of the page. We also show the most recent updates for the shipment directly below the icons. Complete tracking information from the shipments inception can be viewed by clicking on Additional Tracking Information. </li></ul><ul><li>If the shipment has been invoiced, a link is provided to allow you to view your invoice. </li></ul><ul><li>A summary of the shipment information is displayed for verification and review. </li></ul><ul><li>A summary of the charges for the shipment are shown in the shipment profile. This information is the same as that reflected on the invoice. If charges are not shown, then a representative is in the process of researching our carrier resource base to generate your quote. </li></ul><ul><li>Automatically generated documents, including the Bill of Lading, Quote Sheet and Box Labels, can be faxed or emailed from our servers. Click on the button to Email or Fax Documents to any location needed. </li></ul><ul><li>Once a carrier has been selected, you can review information about your shipment before you print the bill of lading to give to the carrier. </li></ul>

  12. 12. Order Entry <ul><li>The order entry page gives you the ability to create new quotes and orders. You are able to add any information required to help our team when generating a quote. Most of the information on this page has been compiled with information from one of your previous shipments. This will help save time during the entry process, but it is important that you verify the accuracy of all the information as it will be used to prepare shipping documents. All the fields with marked with an asterisk * are required to complete the order entry process </li></ul><ul><li>Drop down menus (and Find buttons) will help rapidly select shipping addresses that you have previously used. Both the Shipper and Consignee address can be selected. New addresses can also be entered by tying into the address fields or by selecting “New Location”. </li></ul><ul><li>Using the Find function you can select products that you have previously shipped. This will help complete most of the commodity fields. The only information you will have to enter is the number of pieces and the weight. </li></ul><ul><li>A shipper number or a P.O. reference is required and should help you identify the shipment for invoicing and tracing purposes. </li></ul><ul><li>All shipments are assumed to be business to business and dock to dock deliveries. Any additional services that are required can be selected and added before getting a quote. This will help ensure that your quote is as accurate as possible. </li></ul><ul><li>You have the option of saving this as a quote or booking the order. Booking the order will immediately notify us that we need to schedule a pickup. </li></ul>

  19. 19. Shipment Tracking <ul><li>The shipment tracking page gives you the ability to view all previously entered orders and quotes for a particular date range. At the bottom of the page there are a few instructions to help guide you to filter the shipments on the report. </li></ul><ul><li>Filter the list by using the drop down menus. The menus allow you to change the date range and the type of shipments being listed. For example you can use this to only display the shipments that are currently moving. </li></ul><ul><li>Easily access the shipment profile which gives you all the detailed information about each shipment. </li></ul><ul><li>Click on the column headers which are underlined to sort the report by that load number, pick up date, etc. </li></ul><ul><li>All reports in 3PL Systems can be exported to excel for further data manipulation. </li></ul>

  28. 28. Account Statement <ul><li>The account Statement gives you a complete view of your outstanding shipping invoices. From this page you can see the total amount due as well as view individual invoices. </li></ul><ul><li>You can change the parameters to filter the statement by different criteria. This will allow you to show invoices based on the invoice date, invoice age, or the type of the invoice. </li></ul><ul><li>Click on the column headers to sort the report by that column. </li></ul><ul><li>Click on the links to view the individual invoices. After opening the invoices you are able to print them to your printer by using the link at the bottom of the page. </li></ul><ul><li>Click on the load numbers to access the shipment profile. The shipment profile will give you more information about the shipment. </li></ul>
