As co-author of the 2012 Kwanzaa Accord social contract to reconnect and align the 6th
Region
(Global Diaspora) with African Union Agenda 2063 during this International Decade for People
of African Descent, Andrew also launched a 2015-2020 Worldwide Community Resiliency
Network campaign as Chairperson of the Five Points Youth Foundation’s International Advisory
Board to mobilize over 100 Goodwill Ambassadors from over 50 countries by December 31,

Registered Agent for NGO’s and businesses expanding from other countries incorporating in
the United States while providing gig, home-based and non-profit tax-related services.
As a researcher, writer, proofreader and editor since 1973, Andrew has provided professional
