POTASSIUM AND NITROGEN

● By: Andrew Morales
● PERIOD: 3
QUESTIONS
1) how do humans ingest it (by eating or drinking which
foods or liquids, etc.),

2) how this element benefits humans when they ingest (eat
or drink) it

3) what happens to humans when they do not ingest
sufficient amounts of that element.

4) how do these elements interact with each other in our
bodies? If at all.
NITROGEN QUESTIONS

● 1) Nitrogen is found in many foods such as
leafey vegitables, beans and in some
meats. You cannot drink nitrogen as a liqiud
because you can potentially freeze the insides
    of yor body.
CONTINUED

2) We cannot drink nitrogen because you can
posibly freeze yourself but we can eat it by
eating many green beans and some meats.
CONTINUED

3) There is really no effect of having to little nitrogen but
there is an effect of having to much. This condition is
known as the "BENDS" and usually happen when
scuba diving. When nitrogen gets to your blood it
causes it to make a bubble when that bubble of blood
gets to your heart you heart will pop and death will
   occur
CONTINUED

4) there are many diffrent elements in your body
but nitrogen does not react with none of them.
Nitrogen almosnever reacts with other elements.
POTASSIUM

1) Potasium is yousually found in fruits like
bannanas. But if you are really looking to get a
lot of potassium eat alot of potatos and white
beans. These two foods are one of he highest
on potassium.
CONTINUED

2) All foods with potassium are very healthy so if you eat or
ingest a large amount of potassium it can be very good
for you and make you loose a lot of weight.
CONTINUED

● 3) The first signs of low potassium are usually
muscle cramps and weakness. A severely low
potassium count can result in a condition
known as cardiac arrhythmia and will result to
    death
CONTINUED

Potassium also reacts with no elements in your
body but is still very important for human life.
