I am currently working with P S Steel Tubes Ltd. (manufacturers of pipes and tubes for
a variety of applications.) Tedesara Distt: Rajnandgaon (Chhattisgarh State) as a QC Engineer in
quality department since AUGUST 2015.
Job Responsibilities
• To check the material surface condition, thickness, diameter and length & Estimating &
procuring material required for the project after analyzing the drawing.
• Ensure all the quality documentation is correctly maintained in accordance with ISO
and other standards in order to ensure compliance to requirements
• Prepare daily inspection report & Document.
• Monitoring job progress & man power details of contractors.
• Inspection of pipes and tube as per required standards and specification.

Project Title: Improved Roll Pass Lubrication In Rail Mill
Duration: 6 months
Decription: |This type of lubrication system much more effective as compared
to other lubrication system and this system is generally found to be much useful for the rolls in
which the hot working is done in order to provide a better quality to the rails coming out from
the rolling mill and also this lubrication system can be used at areas where high pressure
lubrication is required.
