Currently I am working as a production Engineer in Abu Dhabi International Metal Casting Factory
(ADMIC), Abu Dhabi since October 2011.

Joined as an entry level engineer in Abu Dhabi International Metal Casting Factory (ADMIC), an ISO
Certified mechanical based company was established as a custom fabricator of all metals ranging from
structural steel, aluminium and stainless steel. The factory is located at Mussafah Industrial area in Abu Dhabi,
UAE, equipped with a production line of specialized and modern machineries suitable for the fabrication
industries. Our scope of works are aluminium architectural castings including cast aluminium railings for
bridges .roads ..etc aluminium fabrications of security grills ,decorative balconies, ornamental gates ,cat
ladders, staircase handrails and wall mounted handrails for villas and buildings, assembly of sign boards and
aluminium casting of ministries logos .also doing all kinds of stainless steel, steel fabrications and chainlink
fencing works.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Detailing of shop drawing approved by the consultant.
• Estimation of materials required.
• Requesting of required resources for the successful completion of projects.
• Responsible for the quality of the materials received for production.
• Planning day to day production to achieve maximum production& Ensuring quality of job.
• Assisting in the quality control of the work ensuring high standards of productivity & performance.
• Daily progress monitoring& supervising hourly production.
• Understanding of proper safety procedures and recognition of hazards
• Regular follow ups on Outsourced jobs for timely delivery.
• Responsible for the timely delivery of the project with necessary coordination from client.
• Attend regular coordination / progress meetings.
• The ability to multitask.
• A positive attitude and willingness to equip and encourage co-workers.
• Analysis of daily material consumption and generation of production reports.
