2. What is kinesthetic awareness?
Kinaesthetic awareness is the ability to
tune into your inner wisdom &
connect your mind & body. It's the
ability to listen to the signals of your
system & interpret what they have to say.
It's an innate awareness of your constant
unconscious processing; the processing
that keeps you upright, breathing & alive.
3. How do you develop kinesthetic awareness?
Begin with your eyes open, and practice
once or twice on each side. Then,
looking straight ahead, close your eyes
and try to keep your balance for 30
seconds. You fail if your raised leg
touches the ground or the standing leg, or
you fail is you grab something with your
arms.
4. What is an example of kinesthetic sense?
You are using your kinesthetic sense
whenever you are involved in a physical
activity such as walking, running,
driving, dancing, swimming, and
anything that requires body movement.
