In the novel The Blood of Olympus by Rick Riordan there was one character that stood out above
all others.. Leo Valdez. Leo Valdez, son of Hephaestus, (God of Fire, Blacksmiths, and craftsmen) is
a greek demigod who was one of the chosen seven to save the world from the earth goddess Gaea. A
demigod is person who is half god, half human. Leo Valdez is Hispanic from his mothers side,
which is something he has in common with me. Three characteristics that describe him and make
him so special are that he is amusing, brave, and creative. These characteristics helped him save his

Leo was very amusing throughout the whole story. His jokes made people like him but it did
sometimes have the opposite effect. During their journey, they had been in difficult and dangerous
moments. Leo somehow always raised everyone's spirits with his humor when they were down. He

Annabeth find new alliances with a Titan and a giant. Percy and Annabeth's foes that they have

There are many stories that surround the Greek gods and goddesses, this book can be considered one
of them. Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Last Olympian, is a 381 page, young–adult fiction
book written by Rick Riordan and is the final book in the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series.
The book is about Percy and the rest of his demigod friends defending Olympus from the evil Titan
Kronos and his army, while the gods fight the powerful monster Typhon. Percy Jackson is a sixteen
year old son of Poseidon and is the leader of demigod army. Annabeth Chase is the daughter of
Athena and is basically his right hand woman. Grover is Percy's satyr friend and the leader of the
nature forces. Luke is the son of Hermes and is the mortal host to Kronos while Kronos's Titan body
continues to get strong enough for him to take its form, and even though Kronos is basically in
control of his mind and body, Luke's conscious still somewhat controls what his body does. The
book starts with Percy and another demigod named Charlie sneaking onto a ship full of members of
Kronos's army. They get caught and Charlie gets killed, but Percy escapes. Percy returns to Camp
Half–Blood and tells the rest of the camp about the failed mission and that he learned there is a spy
in the camp. While there he learns that the Gods are off fighting the most powerful monster there is

fits the character of Apollo throughout the book. In the beginning, Apollo gets punished by Zeus for
the battle between Gaea and the gods. A lot of destruction was involved in that incident; therefore,
Apollo caused the destruction, anything that was destroyed. Throughout the middle of the book,
small fights or battles occurred because of Apollo. The fights would end with streets, houses, or
even people destroyed. The main reason I think this meaning fits the character is because of the big

gifts that would be considered rare; therefore, these are the reasons I would describe Meg as a pearl.

does not fit the character in the book. Percy Jackson is a hero that saves the day in The Percy
Jackson Series and The Heroes of Olympus Series. In the Apollo Trials, he is an offset character and
isn't the star of the show. In the end he comes to the camp to help in the battle. None of his actions
or traits determine that he is described as a pierce valley. Percy Jackson is not a valley or an object,
he is a hero, demigod, and son of Poseidon. This is why I believe Percy Jackson is not a pierce
valley.

couldn't get any weirder, it does. In this book (the third in the Percy Jackson and the Olympians
series), travel with Percy and his friends through well known locations such as Washington D.C.,
Hoover Dam, and San Francisco. Read through as they come face to face with new monsters,
humans, and gods. Though the last two books simply set the stage, this one is packed with monsters,
action, and comedy, to bring the best of the series yet. Camp Halfblood has been somewhat
