7. Every club needs inspired new members
contributing new ideas and ways of working on
various social projects.
If we can provide our club History, information of clubs BOD, past
presidents, current members, past and current projects being
executed by the club etc, this will inspire new Rotarians to make
active contribution to the projects of their liking.
But do we really have such documentation and archive ready for an
easy access to everyone?
The answer in most cases is, NO.
Benefits to THE CLUB
8. If I recommend a corporate willing to fund a good CSR
amount in the next 2 hours, are you ready with your
presentation and credentials?
In most cases the answer would be NO.
Further, to add to the above do we have a ready dashboard listing
past, current and planned projects which will help corporate select
CSR funding of their choice.
In most cases the answer would be NO.
Well Managed website is answer to all
this problems
Benefits to THE CLUB
9. Also let us ask ourselves, are we aware of the
ongoing and planned projects by other clubs in
the same area,
in most cases the answer is NO.
If there is a free flow of information many projects can be
done together which need manpower and funds which at
times is difficult for a single club to manage.
Well Managed website is a best way to build
synergy between clubs and members
Benefits to THE CLUB
10. Being president of a club is a once in a lifetime
opportunity. This comes with great social responsibility,
Time Management, Fund Management and a lot of
sacrifice on a personal front.
Despite all this the only motive is to leave a mark on the
society with good and unprecedented social work.
Your club website will not only single handedly pass on
your social contribution to your friends , relatives, peers &
Comrades, but also inspire them to follow your footsteps
of doing good for the society.
Benefits to THE PRESIDENT
11. The scale and reach of Rotary’s work is simply
outstanding, but only a fraction of it gets the required
audience; be it existing members, possible members,
corporate’s looking to fund similar projects, government
and semi-government bodies looking for partners in
implementing such projects.
The dynamics of today’s world includes a lot of PR and
media to showcase capabilities and successes to reach the
right people and right sponsors.
Well planned Digital activity can take a district to
a new level.
